Benmiller Inn & Spa, Goderich

I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. While the beautiful grounds of the hotel were one highlight, my room was small and not as comfortable as expected. The service was decent, but the dining experience was disappointing and the price felt quite steep for what was offered. Overall, I doubt I'll return despite the lovely setting.

We had a mixed experience at the Benmiller Inn. While the setting by the Maitland River was lovely, the service left much to be desired. Our room was clean but outdated, and the dining experience was frustrating as our orders were often incorrect. Although it has some nice aspects, improvements in management and dining efficiency are definitely needed.

The Benmiller Inn offers a quaint and rustic experience in a beautiful location just outside Goderich. While the staff is exceptionally welcoming and the dining options are enjoyable, several aspects like outdated facilities and temperature issues with the pool detract from the overall experience. The rooms, while spacious, felt dated and lacked the luxury I had hoped for given the pricing.
